Ive used this company a few times with mixed results. On Friday we received a new brochure through the door. We happen to be looking for garden furniture and they had two sets of outside weather proof furniture. I rang the at 9 am this morning. Both items were out of stock and we were told they were discontinued!Obviously they are just sending out brochures knowing these items (and I guess others) are unavailable. I’m afraid I wont be using these people ever again and have returned the brochure asking them to remove my name from their mailing list. This isn’t the first time we’ve had problems with this company.

First, I would like to say the delivery service was very good. However, the zip bras I ordered were a big disappointment. The size was incorrect and the flimsy zip was not fit for purpose. The return label does not allow for reason for return in this case.I shall continue to buy from Coopers but expect the quality to be of a reasonable standard.

I ordered items by post over week ago, still waiting.I then ordered something on line, received this within days! Someone please explain this anomaly to me. Would love to know why this has happened!
